“I employed Jeff Roy recently to make two small home improvement/repairs. Two friends had recommended him to me; both had had major remodeling work done, so I wasn't sure he would be willing to take on a small job, but he had time and he gave me an estimate. One of the things I wanted to do involved ordering a part so there was a small waiting period before he began work. The other repair job was fixing my front steps which were deteriorating severely after 45+ years of use. Jeff worked on both repairs for the better part of two days and the finished result is excellent. He is the kind of person who will work quickly and efficiently and I think he feels that if the work is worth doing at all it is best to do it perfectly. I would recommend him to anyone needing home improvement work and I hope to have him come back and work for me in the future when I have other things big and small that need to be done.”

"Kitchen remodel, including demolition, new lighting and fixtures, new counter tops, new cabinets, new appliances, and miscellaneous. J. Roy Construction was excellent in meeting deadlines and organizing subcontractors. All contractors were very respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves each day. The products used are high quality and very much to my liking. Mr. Roy inspected the work and followed up on any unfinished business. He was easy to work with, kept me up to date on all work issues, and offered suggestions when I was stuck. The finished job is beautiful and I am very happy with it. "J. Roy Construction was professional, respectful and honest to work with on our indoor/outdoor remodel. Jeff designed and produced the perfect one of a kind window awnings, just right for our contemporary home. He also gave us great suggestions for the lighting of our art work and reading areas. Our new door and locking system that Jeff installed, gives us the security we were looking for without compromising the look. He listened well and was able to pick up on our style desires very quickly. His prompt service, quality craftsmanship and reasonable pricing keeps him at the top of our list when it comes to contractors. "I hired J. Roy to redo my bathroom. He was highly recommended by an acquaintance of mine. I also have seen a bathroom he worked on. I found him easy to work with and knowledgeable. In his presentation he showed several designs and explained their pros and cons. He provided good references for materials to choose from. Mr. Roy stayed within the time frame as well as in my budget. I had a walk-in tub and now my bathroom is more accessible, easy to use with a fold down seat in the shower and pleasant. I am 80 years old and am very pleased with the changes."
